I have been a regular at Studio de Beauté Chantelle for several years and have always been very satisfied with my regular pedicures. Yesterday, for the first time, I was looked after by a man, which didn't bother me in itself.
However, although I had made an appointment, there were more clients than staff, which meant that the gentleman attending to me was also focused on other clients at the same time. His lack of focus on me was obvious.
Having to take care of several people at the same time meant that my regular pedicure took 1.5 hours, much longer than usual.
Ann is fantastic! Friendly and detailed! I've been serval times before and the service is always good. Sometimes I have walked in (didn't wait long) but usually I try to call first.

At the beginning they were nice to me but then they would give me attitude if I wanted something fixed. They would talk the whOle time in another language to each other which is not the best thing when they are costumers with whom they are dealing with. They are not precise on the price I booked a $90 service and ended up paying $135 for something that is not really what I asked for. They never mentioned that I would pay more when they suggested the options. Please improve your customer service.
