The spa provides private changing rooms and free parking, making it a convenient retreat from city life and shopping. However, some first-time visitors may find the lack of explanation upon arrival confusing, as they are left to explore the floor in their dressing gowns to find their way. The spa offers excellent services such as waxing, with aestheticians like Larissa providing thorough and careful treatments, making it a worthwhile investment. While the service and massage are commendable, some facilities, such as the safes in the changing rooms, could benefit from better maintenance.
