I dealt with Sophia, who was an absolute treasure of information, extremely helpful, and patient.
She was sweet and accommodating.
I had a few issues with my Flip 5, and she sorted out everythung.

Samsung service center ladies are perfect! They respect your phone and your time. I watched then deal with unruly customers first hand. They had me in and out off a screen protector covered under warranty ( under 1 year no water damage 70$ value) in under 2 hours. Staff is friendly and this is what I needed to stay Team Samsung. Thank you again!
Great service from bringing my device to representative Sophia, to the follow up phone call she has done with an update. My device was repaired in one day and it looks brand new.
Will not hesitate again to drive the 2.5 hours from Gatineau to service my devices there!
