I told them over the phone my washing machine was not draining and asked them if they could fix it, they said they'd come check it out. They were here for 20 minutes tried to stick something down the drain but couldn't fix it and told me there was something wrong with the machine, still charged me full price 150$ when nothing was fixed, i'd understand 50$ for their troubles but 150$ is ridiculous, I also asked them if they could take a look at a clogged toilet, they walk in the bathroom not even look at the toilet and say "oh this is gonna be a big job all the piping needs to be cleared" and said they'd have to come on another day, so instead... read full review
