I'm so thankful to have this store nearby as the staff is so helpful and happy to answer all my questions. It's generally very difficult to get help in other hardware stores, but here it always seems to be a breeze. Thank you to everyone who works here.

It's got the goods. Surprisingly well stocked for a relatively small (compared to the 'depots') store. It's a builder's store so their primary paint line is Benjamin Moore contractor grade; a great quality paint at a reasonable price. If you're a drywaller, tiler or painter they have what you need. Also a good fastener selection. Reasonably friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Added bonus it's got a few free parking spots in their private lot which is really rare for a downtown shop.

In my experience, trying to find someone to give you assistance at most hardware stores is like herding cats - not here. There always seems to be someone immediately available to help explain or find something whenever I’ve needed it. I’m thankful to have this store in my neighbourhood!
