O star for the telephone switchboard where no one ever answers, cut the line if there is no one to answer, that will save people from waiting for hours! The manager, Ms. Natela Goldman, would refuse to put more people at reception...The reception took a message for one of the doctors who was supposed to call me back, I was never called back, message transmitted? Is it the fault of the reception or the doctor?Otherwise 5 stars for my family doctor.

I called info santé, #811 and they gave me an appointment at this clinic because I absolutely had to see another doctor. My appointment was at 3:40 p.m. I came by after 15 minutes. The doctor I was supposed to meet was Madame Éthier. Very nice. She really helped me and thanks to her my problem went away with the antibiotic prescription. I admit that each person is different when it comes to appointments but call a clinic to make an appointment, I find it a waste of time and it's more like before, you must have a family doctor etc. or otherwise go to the site sometimes the appointments are far away. I'm raising the rating, I have the impression that only people with a bad experience comment.I made an appointment with the “walk-in clinic” site. For an x-ray and a blood test and the staff is incredible.I don't know if I'm just writing but Dr. Rikki cares about his patients. Very communicative!The clinic is well positioned opposite Jarry station, you also have a sewn jean at the bottom of the building
