About Polyclinique du Cœur-de-l'île (Polyclinique du cœur-de-l'île GMF-R Jarry-Lajeunesse)
Polyclinique du Cœur-de-l'île, a part of the GMF-R Jarry-Lajeunesse, is a well-regarded clinic that has been offering quality healthcare services since November 2017. The clinic was founded by three dedicated general practitioners and a experienced manager, Mme Natela Goldman. It provides a wide range of services including family medicine, walk-in clinic, specialized medicine, and prenatal care. Recent patient reviews highlight the friendly and helpful staff, with employees now much more polite and attentive. Patients appreciate the ability to communicate in English, noting that staff and doctors are accommodating and listen carefully. The clinic offers quick service, with patients able to see a doctor immediately even if they arrive slightly later than the recommended time. Many patients find the doctors knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient, making their visits smooth and pleasant. While some patients mention waiting over an hour to get appointments with specialists, overall, the clinic’s dedicated professionals provide excellent care and a positive experience.
Staff were welcoming and able to serve me in English. I wasn’t able to show up 15 minutes early like recommended because my bus was late, but was still able to see a doctor immediately after showing up and was in and out in under 20 minutes. All around excellent service!
Huge improvement in customer service at front desk.
Employees are much more polite and helpful than in the past.
I have nothing to say about doctors but that those I consulted are super nice, knowledgeable and listen to patients 😊.
The only thing I am not happy about is waiting over 1hour one the line every time I call to take an appointment with one of the specialist doctors.
The receptionist/intake nurse as well as doctor Nguyen were very friendly and helpful. Both were also happy to help me in English, as my medical vocabulary in French is still pretty limited. I was in and out in about 35-40 minutes.
