just want to say how incredibly pleased I am with the service department at Gordons Tire, an NDG company. I drive an older vehicle and wanted an assessment on whether in was in good enough condition to keep and perhaps do some rust repair work on. They have a road readiness inspection they do where they access what issues might be wrong that may result in repair costs. They gave my car an excellent report and were very helpful in helping me descide whether or not it is worth getting the body work done rather than replacing it for a newer model. I’ve visited this shop twice for minor work on my car, and both times have been fantastic! I initially went in to get my tires replaced. Although the replacement tires were quite old, the staff didn’t use any pushy sales tactics to scare me into buying new ones. Instead, they gave me a straightforward suggestion that the tires were old but could last another season. I also asked them to remove my roof rails, which other shops might have dismissed as minor work with low service cost.
