After getting off on the wrong foot, (he didn’t show up at the agreed upon time, left me waiting for 3-4 hours, no email or call until I emailed him), he apologized and rebooked. He did a great job, provided a great service by resolving the blockage in our pipes! Thank you!

I had two non-functioning toilets (which is all the toilets I have) and I finally gave up trying to fix the problem myself at 5:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. I called Plomberie24, and Abdul asked me a few questions on the phone - and said he could come around 9 PM. I said "fine" - since I didn't really have a choice.
