I did the infrared sauna/massage combo.The booking went smoothly and the receptionist was very pleasant.IR Sauna: While booking, it was recommended that I bring a water bottle in case I get thirsty during the sauna - very sound advice! The sauna was clean and had everything I needed. The temperature was set to 75 degrees Celsius. If you don’t enjoy high heat, I would suggest starting a bit lower (e.g., 60 or 65 degrees).Deep tissue massage with Marina: This was terrific! She was great at quickly identifying the areas that needed work and worked them thoroughly.Highly recommended checking out Nubia spa!

I walked out of Nubia feeling more home in myself than ever.As a massage therapist, I have come to be very picky about treatments and I am usually disappointed. So I am more than happy that Nubia exists with its wonderful professional and skilled staff.The sauna experience after a massage really seals the benefits.I feel all of me restored and more whole again.
