Went in to solve leak with our hot-water central heating. Replaced pressure valve, but gentleman serving me advised the problem is often the expansion tank and a few "suggestions" on the work, understanding that I am NOT a plumber or overly handy. Was able to repair and fix problem and the parts and price were excellent. Highly recommend Nelco and staff any time you need something and want to support professional local business vs big-box stores!

Elle a fait un travail extraordinaire pour me proposer tout ce qui correspondait à mes besoins. Cela m'a fait gagner un temps fou. Bon choix de produits, prix attrayants, et excellent service.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value.I have been dealing with nelco for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. they are professional and knowledgeable. that being said, they are a supplier for professional plumbers who know what they are doing and know what they need. the review complainers are people with no knowledge of what they are doing and don't know what they need. if they want someone to hold their hand and teach them how to do something they shouldn't be doing in the first place they should go to home depot.Todd
