James is really professional and a nice person. He clearly cares about the job at hand and is very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain the different options to fix a problem.
I dropped a bottle of cough syrup in the toilet bowl ? Called up James, he was helpful and transparent on the phone, and no different in person!!
