MTL home inspection deserves a 6 stars rating , the service was above and beyond our expectations google only allows 5 stars but if it were up to me I would give 10 stars, our inspector Pantelis had all of the attributes that I was seeking, he's very professional and knowledgeable, he really knows his stuff, was very easy to communicate with and explained everything to us thoroughly, his patience is immaculate, we had a particular situation that made the inspection a bit challenging and I have to give credit to Pantelis he handled himself very professionally, he's hands down a trooper, I appreciate how he's honest and made us feel so comfortable, as... read full review
Pantelis went above and beyond with my future condo’s inspection. He makes sure that his clients understand his inspection and analysis, and offers very honest perspectives on things that can be improved.
