You can be all naked if you desire in this Chinese sauna.
When I went there, we were around 8 guys from 20s to 40s. I learned that half of them were local queer guys as I started a talk with them (they didnt know each other previously). Very respectful and easy-going people here, thought some few were more in the mindset of just resting, not socializing.
I was told that usually no more than 10 people are around so it is usually very chill. Though during winter time there could be more.

You can find two dried saunas, a hot pool, a cold pool and showers, as well as deckchairs.

I wanted to try something different from other spas around Montreal and this didn’t disappoint! So calm and relaxing, the warm bath was the best! Staff are very friendly and it was an experience I never had before.

Almost perfect for this money. Show me where you can have 8/10 massage and 8/10 sauna for this money.. anywhere in western world.
I went and will come back. It's fine to visit on regular basis it you do it for the health mainly (not view or cocktails party).
Will try several more expensive options too, but they are at least 2 times more expensive
