They sold me a plant for $300 with infestation, and another plant for $340, saying that it’s rare whereas after the purchase i looked it up online and understood that the price is less than $100, called them and explained it all and they said to them the value of the plant is $340 no matter what!

Spoke to a lady and explained I needed some flowers delivered literally 5 doors down to a restaurant for my wifes birthday. I told her I'd call her back just to find out how many tables there were. When I called back 3min later a man answered that: had no idea who I was, had no idea that I spoke to a lady a few moments ago and had no idea about the delivery that we had just arranged. He proceeded to tell me that he COULDN'T make the delivery 5 doors down because he didn't have a delivery person..... I went to ask if he had a plant that I had seen in his window two weeks before and he told me it's 35 years old, I'm a florist, it doesn't exist anymore, my presence bothers him, welcomes, horrible, disappointed 😞
