I am always very satisfied with the care I receive there. The team is warm and very attentive. The pedicures/manicures are done with the greatest care and precision and with a concern for asepsis that I have never seen in any other salon.I also highly recommend Émilie for the laser. Overpriced for customer service and execution is terribleI called 3 weeks in advance for an appointment with me and my daughters (18-9 years old) which I specified on the phone, I was informed of a lot of things regulations, so far so good, the appointment you are taken with my credit card…At reception they welcome us and there I specify that I want reasons and in the coldest way they tell me that I must say it in advance because it takes 30 minutes more on the schedule, I therefore informs me that I had not been told that on the phone because I would have mentioned it on the phone, without asking us what reason we wanted, I felt stressed and not well, my daughters...read full review

My daughter has been going here for years and always rants and raves about the environment and the vibe of the people that work there. Her nails are always spectacular and a work of art!
