Excellent service from Joseph! He is courteous and always welcomes us with a smile. He always has a solution to fix whatever comes his way. His repairs are quick, meticulously executed and are solid and durable. Thank you for your work!

I take my shoes here to be repaired or improved (i.e. adding taps, etc).The shop is a total mess, so your first impression is a bit hesitant. But he is real old school and does an incredible job every time - plus his price is very low (low enough that you can give a nice tip and it's still a low price)Highly recommended!
