The employees there are very good, friendly, efficient and helpful. The receptionist that takes calls is another story. Quite rude and literally hang up on me. Maybe have a little chat with her and I happily put 5 stars.
I had great service from a 15 year employee by the name of Kummel. After a misunderstanding, he came back the days following to check and explain fully what he had done in figuring why I wasn't getting hot water from my water tank, which had nothing to do with the tank but to do with faulty wiring IN my braker system. He was so thorough in his explanation I can almost do the job should my water tank fail, myself (but I'll most probably call J. Jodoin again...lol). If you need work done call J. Jodoin Plumbing.
