If you have plumbing issue, my advice is to make this the first shop you visit. I brough my faulty kitchen faucet there and he was able to change the defective part which saved me from having to replace the whole faucet.
The only 2 1 star reviews they have received in several decades come from not too serious customers (to be polite) Very good service on the phone and in person for a 50 cent part. I imagine for a larger order they must be very attentive

These people are nice people and know a lot about plumbing. For more complex questions, ask for owner Russell. They know how to respond to your plumbing problems and if you were thinking of replacing an entire piece, they will guide you towards the least expensive solution even if it involves selling you a part for a few pennies, or even free if it has been lying around in their inventory unsold for a long time.
