Recently I was searching for a good alterations tailor because the one I had been using for years had an excessive wait time (6 weeks +) due to a staff issue. A friend of mine recommended I try HPadar, whom I had also heard of from another friend and had walked by often.
So far, I've had them shorten and finish the sleeves on 3 suit jackets and am extremely happy with the results - I just dropped off a sportcoat this morning. Both the customer service at the front as well as the alterations themselves are top notch. I highly recommend you pay them a visit for all your men's alterations needs (they also make custom suits).

Montreal finest tailor. Impeccable service and also at a price that will not ruin you. They will make any piece of clothing look like it was design for you. I've been going for a couple of years now and I almost bring in every piece of clothes I buy for work.

Came to HPadar for a very tricky job: adjusting waist, tapering and length of the pants that I had bought 2 sizes too big and in a very baggy unflattering style. They did an amazing job. I wanted the cut to be fitted at the hips and flaring out at the bottom of the leg. They reproduced my dream cut. Looked like a brand new pair of pants. Very fast too, I came to pick them up 2 days early and they were ready and waiting for me. Stellar customer service too: the tailor’s assistant was very patient with me, answered all my worries and repinned the fabric on the side of my leg until I was satisfied.
