I never experienced so much pain for a beauty service in my life.Yesterday, my friend and I decided to try eyebrow threading for the first time. Unfortunately, we didn't read reviews in advance. We just trusted the person performing the service, a lady in her 50s or 60s (hard to say) with long, blond hair. When my turn came, the lady greeted a person who was her apprentice, younger lady. They both leaned over my face without wearing a mask and talked all the time in a foreign language. Terrible service! I do not recommend at all. I'm used to threading my eyebrows elsewhere. I went because I really needed it and I saw the salon but today I was really in pain. It was really poorly done that she had to finish with the tweezers which was still very painful in addition to finishing with the mini brush to comb the eyebrows. It looked like she was taking it out on me. She was rubbing so hard that I came out with a red forehead. I told him to clean it up and I ended up with super thin eyebrows and short sides. She completely changed the shape. Extremely expensive price for the service $17. I didn't even leave a tip because the service was disgusting.

Clearly, the working conditions are not adequate, she should have taken time off.-I went back a second time, and the horror... There were hairs from another person left on the chair and the employee (different this time) cut the thread with her teeth... hygiene measures are clearly not respected. The icing on the cake: the employee pushed so hard with her wire that she injured me. I had a line of blood on my forehead, clearly from her pushing too hard on the wire.I often have my eyebrows threaded, and I have never been hurt like this....read full review
