I am so mad seriously ? I was always going to this same place. There was another woman who worked there before. Today when I went there was another lady. I said Hi, I am here to do my eyebrows guess what she did not even smile and she was puffing at me than told me okay go sit? When she start doing my eyebrow it was so painful never in my life I had this much pain. Then she was rushing as if she had work to do, There was no client there! Than when I came home I saw properly she completely damaged my eyebrow??? I had a very thick and beautiful eyebrows and now she made it so thin I am literally crying. Do not get your eyebrows done here. No attention to the client experience. Rushed and she destroyed the shape of my eyebrows in the 2 minutes that the service lasted. Charged me 19$ for that. Will never come back.

I went to accompany my friend to have her eyebrows waxed. There were 2 ladies, one smelled like pee and the other smelled like sweat. The lady who worked on my friend's eyebrows did it as she wanted and not as we said. We've said it a lot of times that she wanted her eyebrows to be thinner and the lady said "that's how beautiful it is, I can't do it anymore".
She also pinched my friend's skin with the tweezers, and she left with a little blood on her eyelids.
Result = neither my friend nor I liked the result, lousy service, we will never come back again.
