Wow! There was a restructuring at Epiderma in Maisonneuve and I had the chance to meet the new director Anne-Charlotte. A woman full of empathy, delicacy and good intentions.
She demonstrated professionalism and great concern for customer satisfaction by ensuring that the bad experience I had several years ago was taken into good hands to meet my needs and the costs incurred.
