I have been getting a haircut from her for last 10 years. Her service has been consistently good and wait time is usually 5-10 minutes or even lesser. Her price changed from $15 to $18 within last 10 years.

Very small but welcoming little salon for men, women and kids. 1 woman working there the whole time so if you just drop in you may have to wait. Nothing fancy here but the owner is lovely, wants you to be happy and takes care of everyone in the family. Worth a visit if you need a trim and you're in the area.
