After my dog was abandoned by the old veterinary clinic where he was treated, I called the Plateau Mont-Royal veterinary clinic for an appointment with Dre. Zollo and the week after she saw my dog for the first time. My dog has IBD and she took the time to explain to us what IBD is, she answered all our questions and immediately offered us solutions. She is now the one following Rocket ?, she is exceptionally kind, attentive, empathetic and gentle in her care. Rocket immediately adopted him and attacks her with kisses every time he sees her. Finally we found our vet.

Edit: The clinic called me to discuss the situation and it turns out they charged me the wrong amount for my form so I was refunded. Please note that the amount remains the same for European forms, which I still find too expensive.
I still appreciate their approach and the professionalism they showed following this error.
As much as the veterinarians are kind, present and competent, charging $90 to fill out a one-page travel form is unacceptable. The price of the form is higher than the price of the visit, which is absurd and abusive!
I will come back for Dr Dib because he was great with my Lexie but I will do my travel visits elsewhere... read full review
Friendly, professional and punctual. We booked our appointment in advance and we were in and out in 30 min getting some vaccination done for our 2 cats.
Way more professional than any other vet we have been to in Montreal. Great communication, great rates and super caring staff.
