I got an immediate appointment with Dr. Pizem. He is extremely competent with many years of experience. He performed a root canal under a crown painlessly, also saving the crown. Very happy. All of the staff are calm and respectful. I recommend Dr. Pizem one hundred percent!
I went to this clinic for a few years. Dr. Pizem is awesome. He is a truly good dentist and dedicated to his patients. Unfortunately, I will not return to his clinic again. His new receptionist, Tania, lectured me for canceling an appointment at the last minute when I was sick even though I offered to pay the fee anyway and hung up the line on me. She is rude and always in a bad mood on the phone. I have always spoken to the clinic staff with respect and expect the same in return. I'm giving 3 stars because the dentist is wonderful but otherwise, it would just be 1 star since I was frankly insulted by his serious lack of respect and civility.
I would like to share my exceptional experience at the office of Dr. Pierre Pizem. As soon as I arrived, I was very well received by the team, which immediately put me at ease.
I would particularly like to thank my hygienist, Diane, who showed great kindness and remarkable understanding. His professionalism and attention really impressed me.
