J’y suis allée pour des problèmes d’insomnie que j’ai depuis plusieurs années. Par contre, j’ai des périodes plus difficiles où je m’endors aux alentours de 4-5h du matin. J’ai eu une combinaison de traitement d’acupuncture et de tisanes faites à base d’herbes médicinales.
