Frank is honestly the best. My entire family got their license from him and his father honestly most impeccable school, I went to another one before him and I cannot compare. He really cares about his students, not only does he teach you about the road but about the vehicle itself. There’s a lot I didn’t know before I came to him. He really gave me the knowledge. He cares a lot and it’s a passion of his. I recommend this school to everyone he’s the best in mtl.
