Contacted Aquabrass due to an issue with my shower 2 values and was told to come their service counter to have my defective values replaced. Talked to Ekk and explained to him that I was only able to unscrew only one value which he replaced with a new one and made recommendations how to remove my second value . He simply took my old value and gave me two new values for replacement no question asked. His recommendations worked great. He was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. I am very pleased with the service at Aqua Brass. I have had 2 issues. I dealt with both Carmine and Daniel and they were both super professional and very quick to fix my problem. Both times, replacement parts were sent immediately to my home. Excellent service!!!! Thank you Aqua Brass.
