Two interviews which went well, one with a recruiter then with the recruiter's manager to ensure matches in the team (useful?). Well, I went two times at Amaris last year(2017-2018). Managers with no competency took my interview, appreciated my profile, then never replied back.So the third time when they called, I saved my time to do Something fruitful.
