“I had Bell's Palsy - a temporary condition that causes hemifacial paralysis, most likely due to nerve inflammation and swelling. I was worried that I might not fully recover and stay paralyzed. I came to see Tina without much expectation I must admit - this was my first time trying acupuncture, I did not knew much about it, only that it may help with my condition. After a single acupuncture treatment with Tina, I had a 50% recovery after 24 hours. It reached over 90% after the 2nd. One may argue that it may be the normal recovery rate - however, my neurologist admitted that she had very rarely seen someone recovering as fast as me. I believe that Tina's experience and caring played a crucial role in speeding up the heeling process. One sure thing, I found a gem!“

“You know, I didn't believe the strange herb concoction I got from him was going to help, but I had serious, systemic inflammation after breathing wildfire smoke for months and I was willing to try nearly anything safeHe prescribed me a half gallon sized herbal medicine and I drink a few ounces of every day I'm having a flare. It really helped.It's not as strong as steroids, and it's not a cure all, but if definitely takes the edge off my inflammation better than anything else that's OTC. Essentially , it's better than most western prescriptions, minus the horrid side effects. (If you've taken steroids, you know what I mean.)The concoction wasn't cheap ($150), but I'll probably go back for another round, especially as the bottle lasted a few months of periodic dosing.“
