Exceptional service!! I called for information regarding the repair of a lamp and I was answered clearly and very courteously. The repair was done quickly and I was given all the explanations surrounding the problem. A detail to highlight, they call before doing the repair. In short, we feel that they take pleasure in serving their customers.

Small shop but so pretty, well lit, colorful, welcoming staff, smiling, chatting, accommodating, good service, it makes you want to do business and buy even if the prices are a little high for certain lampshades! I was pleasantly delighted with my visit!

Excellent store! Very knowledgeable staff, with an obvious passion for what they do...spent well over an hour there yesterday bringing several ruined (due to recent water damage and age) lampshades of various sizes, and a few lamps that needed repair. Extremely impressed with owner Nidia, she was terrific and a real pleasure to deal with. Complete knowledge of her vast inventory and very gifted with colours, tones, and sizes of shades that might perfectly suit the quality lamps I brought, making sure to patiently try many different lampshades (with the lamps lit:) until she was satisfied that I was very happy before buying them.Highly recommend this excellent store for...read full review
