Service used: camera-assisted sewer suction, (I had rocks in the city sewer, Sewer blocked at 100%)
I now have the evidence to show the city to fix the sewer.
We replaced our heat pump system in our condo (heat pump with a single wall unit) with a complete multi-zone system of 4 units.Unlike other companies who send you salespeople who find no installation problem for what you want to do, the company from the start mentioned the technical constraints on what we wanted and made recommendations that we adopted. .The installation took place in two stages, the first took place over two days, the technicians worked carefully with carpet so as not to damage our wooden floor. When we had constraints with other trades (carpentry in particular), the company quickly made itself available to have the technicians intervene in a timely manner to ensure that our project was not delayed.Our only regret is not having come across this company when we did a similar installation in our old condo in 2017.
