We called on Nor-Can to change the heat pump and the electric furnace. The technician who initially came politely explained the why and how of the need to change our outdated equipment. The customer service person clarified everything on the phone and explained the procedure for the Logis Vert subsidy (they take care of applying for it for you). During the appointment, the work was carried out professionally with great courtesy. We are very satisfied and we highly recommend Nor-Can. Thanks to Stéphanie and everyone who came to our house!
