I am looking to get a high efficiency heat pump, I saw their ad I contacted them and I got a home visit after a few days. We look at my needs, my building and offer me the possibilities in detail. No sales pressure at the moment but we take the time to answer my questions correctly and follow up by telephone afterwards. When I was available we came and installed the house professionally. Subsequently, a specialist returns to follow up after the sale and help complete the documents to obtain the subsidy. THANKS
