I dealt with Pierre over the phone to have my questions answered concerning the fence I wanted. He was very courteous and patient. He could have very easily told me he'll just ask someone else to call me back or deal with a company who installs fences but he didn't. I only wished they actually installed themselves (instead of just being the manufacturer) because I would trust him and his word.
