Worst service of my life, I complained to the commissioner, impossible to get the line or return call, after 3 days of trying I went to the counter to get an appointment date, I was turned away telling me to use the portal or call on the phone. A “dictator” lady came to see me to tell me to use the portal, even though a colleague right next to her said that it had been non-functional for several weeks....I would rather be without a family doctor than have to deal with this clinic, my request is made to cancel my family doctor in this place,Ps, I'm kind to put a star, because zero stars don't exist

Online appointment booking: a big zero! For the hundreds of times that I have tried at different times, nothing,... we must succeed in calling the secretary to perhaps have the chance to have an appointment and if it is not urgent, it is Maybe she will tell you to try again in 2 months because the 2 month calendar is full!!!
