We bought, initially, through the seller's real estate agent... A certain Claude Vallée from Remax signature. Nice hoe on his sign but aren't all real estate agents the same?? Well no!! Claude is probably the exception to the rule which places him well above house sellers!

Attentive, attentive to our needs, available at all times (honestly I didn't call him in the middle of the night but I think he would have responded to my texts if I had dared!!), a presence calm and reassuring, he accompanied us in the purchasing process almost from start to finish (the notary remains)… And like the Hygrade sausage… the more we met him, the more we appreciated him to the point to take it back to sell our house.

He was able to advise us on the numerous offers received and navigated the pile of paperwork to manage! Yes that’s his job…. but there is an additional bonus that comes with Claude… The patience of an angel and the quality of impeccable customer service….and the lady is very demanding on this point! Happy to have done business with him!!“
