Since 2017 we have had our taxes done by Mr. Desjardins. We never had a problem before this year. However, we are having so much difficulty with our 2022 taxes that it is definitely the last time! Our taxes were done late, despite our documents being given more than a month before the deadline and having confirmation that they were going to be done before the deadline. No way to follow up or contact him. Phone out of service and emails unreturned. The only way we found was to leave a note in his mailbox... but even that worked 1 out of 2 times. Finally, our taxes were done in May. We paid the bill, but our tax reports were never sent to Revenu Québec and Revenue Canada....read full review
