Pétrole Léger inc. provides excellent customer service, with staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The installation team is composed of nice, helpful, and pleasant fellows. Although occasional issues may arise, the office staff, such as Victoria, work to resolve problems efficiently, and technicians like Patrick provide knowledgeable and bilingual service.
I installed a propane furnace system with heat pump. Guillaume is an excellent advisor and the recommended product was very effective. The installation went very well and very cleanly. During a heatwave, the engine burned and the after-sales service was incredible. Victoria sent out a technician the same day who installed a temporary motor while I waited for the replacement motor to be ordered. The technician was friendly and very courteous.
OMG! Nicolas....Excellent customer service!They broke the mold after him...!!! He goes above and beyond at every turn. Without this guy I would of ran out of propane during the most needed time....Highly recommended :)
We are really pleased with the quality of the work done installing our new heat pump and propane furnace. Very nice fellows who installed and also the office staff were very helpful and pleasant.
