Very professional service both for planning/estimating the work and for its execution. Excellent collaboration, availability and understanding from Martin and very competent, courteous and respectful employees. They listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions by clearly explaining their advantages and disadvantages. I recommend them!
Service call for intermittent problem. The Tech arrives on site and does his best to isolate the problem even though the problem only lasted 10-15 seconds during his presence. Following his departure, an unexpected consequence of the first visit occurs and the manager on duty comes to my house the next day to sort everything out. Fast service, quick after-sales, quick return calls, I am completely satisfied with both treatments, especially in times of extreme heat. I recommend you without hesitation.
