The overall reception was good, however the support and advice side was not very present. No samples offered ? I found the shopping experience very ordinary. I admit to expecting more from Sephora, active professional advice, samples, recommendations for possible future purchases...The store should review its layout at checkout level.
I was lucky enough to come across Marianne, a professional makeup artist at Sephora. Very kind person, attentive and who takes the time with his customers. I was able to have with it my base for makeup and skin care. ??
Went with my girlfriend for a few things and the girl at the cash so unprofessional. Zero smile, bigtime attitude, didn’t even say thanks or have a good day. Amazingly poor customer service. It takes little to no effort. The new generation. Pretty sad. We asked a question because she charged the wrong price and she freaked out when we were indeed right about it in the end. Like I’m sorry, am I bothering you? Very bad guys.
