Very good place with all the necessary equipment. As well as,They have a lot of experience, I love this place, both competitive and recreational. It’s big, we breathe well and qualified staff, thank you to this gym.

I went there often when I was younger to do Karate. The Karate teacher is a friend of my father so I got along very well with him but he is very nice in general. We feel good there, the atmosphere is fun. The Karate classes are great and very well done. The equipment is complete and available for training.Just a quick question, how to join them. Their phone number doesn't work, they don't have a real website. (If there is one, I would like to know it) and I can't find an email address. So, do you know how to reach them other than going directly there?

You always feel like family when you are in the gym and the quality of the trainers is very high.The way you are treated by Alain, always smiling and ready to listen to you, I have never found it in another gym. This is why for 9 years now I have always trained in the same place and I never thought of looking elsewhere.I highly recommend it!!
