I had Couvres S. Querry replace my roof approximately 21 months ago. The roofing job was done flawlessly, but there were a couple of small problems. Happily, they were resolved to my satisfaction.At the initial completion of the job, they didn’t install the flashing (I think this is the correct term) over the garage roof properly. I contacted them about this as soon as I noticed it a day or two later, and they returned to install it immediately.The second problem involved how they put the gutters back after the roofing was completed. Querry did all the terrace roofs in our co-ownership 15 years ago. Recently, we called on the company for an emergency repair to a terrace roof wall (water infiltration). We really appreciated their responsiveness, their honest advice, their expertise. They are not there to tell you that your terrace roof is finished, but rather to find THE real solution and its related cost.
