I apologize for the delay in writing this review. I visited the store in August 2024 after the arm of my sunglasses fell off. Mohammad greeted me warmly and immediately offered to help. Even though I didn’t purchase my sunglasses from LensCrafters, he kindly repaired and cleaned them for me. I truly appreciate Mohammad’s friendliness and exceptional service!

Amazing service, super fast Yelena adjusted my glasses which were too big and these glasses didn't even come from Lens crafters but they fitted super well. I'm super happy
