Excellent marketing policy at Grimard and great service from Adrien at the branch, Vimont, Laval. I had not purchased my glasses from them and they agreed to adjust my frames free of charge (minor adjustment, of course, and not a repair) after having been mishandled following a bad movement. Rest assured I will think of them first when purchasing my new glasses.
