If I could give 0 stars I would. They sold my sister diamond earrings with 2 different diamond sizes. When I went back to confront them, they’re telling me that “how do we know you didn’t swap them out”. Shame on you for taking advantage of a teenager like that. Absolute 0 customer service. Rude staff that yells at their customers.

I would like to express my deep disappointment with the recent purchasing experience I had in your store. Despite my initial enthusiasm, I quickly encountered an unpleasant situation.The product I purchased was unfortunately damaged within 24 hours of purchase, through no fault of my own. Despite this, the manager categorically refused to issue a refund, instead suggesting a credit note for future purchases from Elinor.This attitude is extremely disappointing, because it is not simply a question of product satisfaction, but rather a problem of quality and after-sales service. Please, friendly advice, do not go to this store they are not honest at all, two very branded watches i sent there for changing batteries and water test , then few only months later maybe two months the two watches showed problems and not functioning properly at all .I attempted to call them back they tried to convince me that there’s a movement issues in my watches to take more moneyOn top of that they accepted cash money so no proofs for guaranteePlease never go there if you want to be served go somewhere elseThank you
