Excellent service from my welcome to my exit with 3 pairs of glasses. The optometrist Mr Haddad accommodated me with a 2nd visit on the same day to finalize my examination. Dara was a great help in choosing the frames wisely, she knows her merchandise very well and above all she listens to her customers.

I waited 1 hour to take my arrived order of glasses only to be told in the end that they cannot serve me. They made a simple appointment that I could have made for myself for another day, no discount or anything to apologize for....
Completely disorganized and inefficient service. Unacceptable wait time. Forgotten and unhappy customers.1h30 to buy contact lenses when the prescription is already on file.I do not recommend this optometry service.
