This is the first time I requested the services of a shoemaker. The price was good, both of my pairs are in much better condition than they were. Overall I am satisfied. The repairs took a week. The only negative is the fact that they seem to have a huge demand and a bit of difficulty keeping up with it, so customer service is slightly affected.
I had old water stains on my YSL purse and brought it in to see if it could be cleaned/fixed. They couldn’t guarantee me anything and explained in details what can be done and what risks it entails. I agreed to it knowing the risk and would be happy even if the water marks would be lighten a bit. To my surprise, when I went in to get my bag, the water marks were no longer visible! They did an excellent job on the delicate leather.
So amazed by their service every time. I've been going there for countless years every time I need anything repaired. I can't count the number of my favorite shoes they've saved and made like new again.I also bought shoes there for the first time last summer, my Birkenstock sandals and I was told to bring them back for a free scellant before storing them for winter. I picked them up yesterday and not only did they do a free scellant but even cleaned and shine them all for free. Top service and top quality.
