After having a terrible experience with another air conditioning company for a problem with our Carrier system we were lucky enough to meet Vigi.By far one of the most competent professionals I have known. He not only found the problem on the first visit, but detected issues that had existed with the system since its installation 10 years ago! Everything was fixed and we got lots of very useful advice.

4 years ago, I called upon an old friend that specializes in HVAC systems but he is now in the US so he recommended VIGI with the highest regards. My first problem was with my old system, and the blower broke just when it was -22C that morning. I called Gilles and he was at my house in hours, found the problem (broken part) and found a used blower, got the system working in less than 24 hours. The following year, other parts of the system died and it was time for a change.
