I received very poor service and this is not the first time! I wanted to buy! I wouldn't come back there again! It's incredible! It's frustrating! And disrespectful! The customer is not king!!

But what is this rubbish store? I can't believe there are still people going there. I made the mistake of going there, I came back twice in the same day, both times, the same thing. No service, we ask for help, we are told yes we will serve you in a few minutes, only to end up waiting 45 minutes without anyone coming. It seems like customer service is dead and no one cares about it anymore! From what I read in the comments, I wouldn't be the only one to have this kind of experience. It might be time to wake up BestBuy!
